Questions people ask
Do I need a registered company before applying?
For almost every licence, yes. Regulators license companies, often with a minimum share capital and specific objects in the memorandum. If you have not registered yet, we can do both in the right order.
Why do licences take months?
Regulators review the business plan, the owners, the systems and the policies, and they often come back with questions. We prepare the application to answer as many of those as possible up front.
Can you write the policies the regulator asks for?
Yes. Most applications need policies such as data protection, risk management or anti-money laundering. We draft them for your business as part of the work.
