What usually slows things down

- Annual returns that are not up to date, which CAC checks before most changes
- Resolutions not signed by every director or shareholder who needs to sign
- Details that do not match what CAC already has on record
Questions people ask
My company has not filed annual returns for years. Can it be fixed?
Usually, yes. We file the missing years together and pay the late-filing penalties CAC charges. Your quote shows those penalties separately, so you know the full cost first.
Does the change need a resolution?
Most changes do. We draft the board or shareholders’ resolution and the CAC forms, send them to the people who need to sign, then file them.
Will I get proof of the change?
Yes. Once CAC approves it, we add the updated status report and any new certificate to your account.
